Not at all. Many of our best projects started with just a phone call and a rough idea. We’ll help you shape the brief during our discovery process. If you have something written down, great — if not, that’s completely fine too.
It depends on our current workload. We’re selective about who we take on, so we maintain limited availability. Typically, we can start within 1–3 weeks of a signed agreement. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront and we’ll be honest about whether we can meet it.
