We want everyone to be able to use our website, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use. We build our own site the way we build client sites: to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with clear headings, landmarks, and labels
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a skip link
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Respect for your “reduced motion” setting, which turns off animations
- Regular testing with automated tools (axe and Google Lighthouse) and manual keyboard checks
Known limitations
Some third-party tools, such as embedded booking or form services, and the external client websites we link to may not fully meet the same standard. We choose accessible tools wherever we can.
