Unlike most of our competitors, we do not require a 50% deposit up-front. We are confident in our work and won’t ask for a full payment until completion. The final product will not be published online until the payment is paid in full.

We have a pricing guideline on the homepage, though these are only there to provide you with an idea of our pricing. Final pricing is dictated by the complexity, features, and workload of your project.

Yes. Digital Ciphers Media offers personal emails for you and your employees. This is included in the cost of your web design project.

You are free to use your own hosting subscription. However, we offer complimentary hosting and domain renewals for up to two years. Pricing following two years will depend on the size of your website.

We are confident that the ROI from our services more than makes up for the expenses incurred. Our pricing is competitive, allowing small businesses and corporations to find an appropriate budget.

Yes. All of our services are considering a marketing expense. Please keep records of invoices and receipts. 

We offer a number of convenient payment options, including e-transfer, credit card (Square), PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Digital Ciphers Media will try to accommodate what is best for your company.

Digital Ciphers Media registered as a company in Ontario in 2016. You are free to search the Ontario Business Registry. However, our team has decades of design, development, and marketing experience combined.
